DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

God Of Thunder I respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Copyright Act of India, 1957. This policy outlines the procedure for reporting copyright infringement and our response to such notices under Indian law.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement under Indian law, please provide us with a written notification that includes the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
- Information reasonably sufficient to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy for Other Countries
For copyright infringement outside of India, please refer to the DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy provided earlier in this document.
4. Counter-Notice:
If you believe that the material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification under Indian law, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must contain the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. Removal of Infringing Content:
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice for India, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted the content. We will also provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice and inform them of the opportunity to file a counter-notice.
Please note that false claims made under the DMCA can lead to legal liability. We encourage you to seek legal advice before submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notice.
